Mary is the administrative officer for the Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton. She previously worked in communications for central and local government and in the voluntary sector.

We are committed to working with national and international partners to generate evidence and interventions that will improve the working lives of National Health and Social Care staff and learners. We will avoid the dangers of working in silos through creating a network for people researching and recommending interventions for workforce wellbeing.
